This package is different from any other package as it allows you to enjoy and celebrate all of the moments as they are happening during the time you are planning your wedding. 

In essence, you are making an event out of planning your wedding. 

atmosphere collaborates with you in planning and designing every facet of your wedding day, but also allows you to experience 2 memory making events during the planning time.  At these events you and whoever you choose to celebrate with will be booked at an affiliated restaurant to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, a discounted meal, and a camera with message paper to document this event. 

Imagine, the two of you with your friends and family celebrating your wedding before it even happens. 

As a special gift to you from atmosphere... 

You will receive an image book when your wedding is complete. This will allow you to look back on the time you were planning your wedding and not feel like you have missed out on any of those funny, special, crazy, emotional moments that make up the time in which you were engaged.

• Create a detail profile for your wedding so that every decision will represent the theme and emotion that you want to convey on your wedding day.
• Participate in and initiate as many one on one meetings, phone calls, emails needed to ensure your wedding day is flawless.
• Partner with you in creating, managing, and assessing your own personal wedding allocation spend.
• Create a personalized countdown calendar and timeline for you for the months leading up to the big day.
• Research the best possible vendor choices (3-5 in each category) for your wedding day including as many vendor visits as you would like assistance with.
• Pre-booking of the 2 memory making events and sending reminder emails/invitations to all involved.
• Rehearsal coordination and execution.
• Creating your wedding day itinerary to be sent to all parties involved prior to wedding day.
• Day of coordination and execution (encompassing whatever it takes to ensure your wedding is exactly the way you planned it (10-12 hour day).
• Access to our “just in case kit” (you will have access to anything you may need in a wedding emergency)
• Present you with your image book when your wedding day is complete.
