Being from a small town, initially I did not think a wedding planner was a necessity. There are only a few venue options, one flower shop, and two caterers to choose from. How much help could a wedding planner be? Turns out -- more help than I ever could have imagined!
From the moment I hired Jen and Atmosphere, the stress just lifted. Not only because of Jen's enthusiastic and positive outlook on wedding planning, but because every detail was taken care of with the sincerity and personal touch you would have given yourself.
Being from small town Alberta and my husband from Chicago - we really wanted a wedding that would reflect both personalities as well as our different traditions. We wanted to have the "city-like" wedding in the comfort of my small town. With only two venue choice, I wanted something unique to set our wedding apart from the many held there prior. Jen too every idea and picture I had and worked her magic. From the classy table linens and beautiful centerpieces to the chandeliers hanging from the celing beams, Jen was able to transform my small town Rec Center into a beautiful and elegant ballroom.
We still get comments today from friends in town saying "it was the most beautiful wedding ever held in the Rec Center" and "we felt like we were in a fancy big city hotel ballroom" - it was exactly what we wanted to hear! Not only was the reception more beautiful than we ever could have asked for - but the day could not have happened without Jen and her team. From set up and tear down of decorations; water bottles, tissues and breath mints at the back of the church right before walking down the aisle; to dealing with vendor issues/payments the day of the wedding -- everything they did was so that you and your groom only have to worry about enjoying the best day of your life!
I cannot imagine how I ever would have made it through my wedding (or the year of planning) without Jen and I am so appreciative for everything she has done for us. And maybe the most important and amazing thing about having Atmosphere Wedding Planning be part of our day was that our parents were truly able to enjoy the little moments, the party, and the entire weekend as much as we were. It was what they deserved. Looking back -- the best money spent on the entire wedding -- WITHOUT a doubt!

From the moment we met you (Jen), we knew we had found the right person for our day of coordination. With one of us being a designer and having such a high expectation for the way the details were handled, we had no problem handing over our wedding, "our baby," to you. We trusted you with everything so that we could relax and enjoy our day. It was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. You completely surpassed any expectations we had. If we were nervous or overjoyed you were there to share that moment with us. We are forever grateful to you for helping us make our day as beautiful as it was. Jen Tavaroli of Atmosphere is the one person I give full applaud to for helping make this our dream wedding. (aside from myself that is... heh) She did such a great job, and busted her arse to give us the day we worked so hard to plan.
I had had previous dealings with Jen (my MOH hired her as a full coordinator for her wedding) and the magic that she worked then definitely gave me the push to hire her for ours.
Despite the fact that we hired her for "Day-of", she went above and beyond the contract and was there every step of the way, eager to help wherever possible, and really showed us that she cared that our wedding turned out to be as perfect as we imagined it. In my opinion, everyone needs to hire Jen! During the last few weeks before the wedding, she was constantly trying to lighten my load, or to take things off my plate so that I had less to deal with, despite the fact that this was not part of our original contract.
I simply cannot rave enough about Jen, she was absolutely fantastic. She has become someone whom I consider a friend, she is THAT fabulous!

Atmosphere wedding planning and design was everything we needed to make sure that our day went off without a hitch. When trying to plan a wedding things can become very overwhelming and stressful. worrying about whether or not your decor is going to work out, seating plans are organized etc is not the best way to spend your final days prior to the wedding. When we hired atmosphere Wedding planning and Design we felt very comfortable with leaving these very important details in their capable hands. On our wedding day my husband and I were very happy and relieved to find that everything we had discussed with the planners was there, and exceeded our expectations. I would reccomend them to any bride and groom who want to make their wedding day perfect.

Michael and I were beyond pleased with our experience with Atmosphere Weddings. They were by far an integral part of making our wedding as great as it was. We had such an amazing day and it was made even better knowing that Atmosphere ‘had our backs’. Once I realized we had given ourselves approximately five months to plan our entire wedding, I convinced my fiance of our need for a wedding planner and started looking for one online. Atmosphere's website stood out from the rest, and everything about Atmosphere from that point on impressed me. In my first phone call with Jen I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She was more than I'd expected. She was warm, friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic. She "got me" right away.
For our first meeting Jen was not only willing to meet me at my home after my kids were in bed, but she was willing to stay as long as it took to get to know me and my vision for my wedding. It was the beginning of a relationship that surpassed my highest expectations.
Jen worked with my schedule, which couldn't have been easy since I worked full time, had two young children, and a fiance who worked out of town. Jen really took into account my personality and individual situation in her approach to planning my wedding. Jen was my motivation when I needed it, my shoulder to cry on, my sounding board, and so many other things.
Jen assisted with everything from the major decisions like choosing a venue to the tinyest thing like coming to the bridal shop with me because I wanted her opinion on fitting the bridesmaids dresses. I am still amazed at how much Jen put into my wedding. In all honesty I feel blessed to have found her. It was more than worth it to have hired Jen as our wedding planner - and it wasn't long before my initially skeptical fiance was singing her praises too.
Jen was there for me like a best friend would have been, through times of being thrilled, excited, and stressed, through tears of frustration and of joy. I can't even begin to list all the things that Jen did that went above and beyond the call of duty. It didn't matter how much we dropped the ball (she probably thought we started to do it on purpose in the last few days before the wedding!), Jen was always there to pick it up, and she did so with amazing results.
The end result was a happy bride and groom and a wedding that came off beautifully and garnered compliments from many guests. Jen's involvement in our wedding was priceless, and her involvement in our lives will be forever cherished.
